These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Krelyvo Studio website and your interactions with Krelyvo Studio (“Krelyvo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Krelyvo provides digital services including web experiences, creative services, AI-assisted content and video production, automation, and related digital business services.

By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms where applicable.

You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about Krelyvo, viewing our work, reviewing our services, and contacting us about a potential project.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit protected content unlawfully, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Submitting a contact form, sending a WhatsApp message, emailing Krelyvo, or otherwise contacting us does not automatically create a client relationship or require Krelyvo to accept a project.

Before work begins, project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, and other commercial terms may be confirmed separately through a proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, written agreement, or other project documentation.

The specific services provided for each project will depend on the agreed scope. Deliverables, revision limits, timelines, milestones, communication requirements, and responsibilities may vary by project.

Any request outside an agreed project scope may require additional time, fees, or a revised agreement before work continues.

Pricing, deposits, milestone payments, recurring fees, taxes, and payment schedules will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, quotation, subscription arrangement, or project agreement.

Where payment is required before a particular stage of work, Krelyvo may pause further work until the required payment has been received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, approvals, content, credentials, brand materials, and other resources reasonably required to complete agreed work.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to Krelyvo may legally be used for the project.

Ownership and usage rights for final project deliverables may be specified in the applicable proposal or project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, Krelyvo retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, systems, templates, reusable components, workflows, internal tools, know-how, and other materials developed independently of a specific client project.

Third-party fonts, software, stock assets, plugins, AI services, libraries, platforms, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Krelyvo may display self-initiated or concept work for portfolio and demonstration purposes. Such work will be identified where appropriate using labels such as “Concept Project”, “Portfolio Concept”, or “Self-Initiated Project”.

Concept work does not represent a paid client engagement unless expressly stated otherwise.

Use of completed client work in Krelyvo's portfolio or marketing may be subject to the applicable project agreement, confidentiality requirements, or other written arrangements.

Some Krelyvo services may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to assist with research, ideation, visual production, content creation, workflow automation, analysis, customer communication, or other project activities.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may require human review, editing, refinement, verification, or approval before final use.

Third-party AI platforms may also be subject to their own terms, licence conditions, usage restrictions, and availability.

Krelyvo may use or integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, software platforms, communication systems, payment providers, automation platforms, analytics tools, AI services, or other technology providers.

Those services are operated by independent providers and may be subject to separate terms, policies, technical limitations, pricing, and availability.

We may update, change, suspend, or improve parts of our website, services, technologies, or internal processes from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every feature, integration, third-party service, or experimental capability will remain available indefinitely.

Krelyvo aims to provide professional digital services designed to support business growth, communication, marketing, and operations. However, business outcomes can depend on many factors outside Krelyvo's control.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, rankings, leads, conversion rates, audience growth, advertising performance, or other commercial results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Krelyvo is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party service failures, unauthorized changes made by others, or use of deliverables in ways outside the agreed project scope.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services, technologies, business practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with the latest update date.
