Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information held by Krelyvo Studio (“Krelyvo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), subject to applicable legal and business record-retention requirements.

This may include information associated with website enquiries, email communications, WhatsApp conversations, project enquiries, service interests, or other interactions with Krelyvo.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. Depending on how you interacted with Krelyvo, this may include your name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp number, business name, and a brief description of the interaction you want deleted.

We may need to verify that the person making the request is the person associated with the relevant information before completing a deletion request.

We will only request information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant records and verify the request.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will review the information associated with the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information from systems under Krelyvo's control where reasonably possible.

We may contact you if we need additional information to identify the relevant records or complete the request.

Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, accounting or business records, fraud or security prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.

Where information cannot be deleted immediately for one of these reasons, we will limit its use to the purpose for which retention is required where reasonably appropriate.

If you have communicated with Krelyvo through WhatsApp, you may ask us to delete information stored by Krelyvo that is associated with those communications.

WhatsApp and Meta operate their own platforms and may separately process or retain information according to their own terms, policies, and account settings. Krelyvo cannot directly delete data controlled solely by those third-party platforms.

Krelyvo may use service providers for hosting, communication, databases, automation, security, and AI-assisted processing.

Where applicable and reasonably necessary, we may take steps to remove eligible information from service providers processing that information on Krelyvo's behalf.
